Reservation and cancellation policy


  1. Accommodation at the site is provided by Takamaka Tour, which manages Solei Apartments Primorsko on its own behalf and for its own account.

Important: Please be sure to indicate the reservation number or dates of stay on the reservation and the name of the reservation.

*If you want us to issue an invoice to a company, please inform us in advance / before payment / and send us details by email.

  1. The rest of the amount must be paid by bank transfer within 7 days before check-in or at the reception on the day of arrival.
  2. If canceled up to 10 days before date of arrival, the amount of the first night will be charged.
  3. If canceled less than 10 days before check-in, the deposit will not be refunded.

Check-in, stay, check-out, parking policy


  1. Check-in at the hotel is after 14:00, and check-out of the apartments by 11:00.
  2. If possible, early or late check-in/check-out is available for an additional fee.
  3. The registration of the guests and the giving of the key is done at the reception, where the key is accepted when the room is vacated.
  4. Upon check-in, all hotel guests are required to provide an ID card or passport.
  5. The hotel’s parking lot is unguarded. The hotel is not responsible for damages and thefts.
  6. Outside visitors are not allowed in the hotel rooms. All guests visiting your room must be registered at reception.
  7. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the hotel grounds. In case of violation, a fee of BGN 300 will be added to your account.
  8. Apartments are cleaned daily from 00:00 to 17:00 depending on the housekeeping schedule. If cleaning is refused, the maid will visit your apartment again the next day.
  9. Linen and towels in the apartment are changed after every third night.
  10. A more frequent change of linen and towels is possible against an additional request and payment.
  11. It is not allowed to take towels and bed linen outside the hotel.
  12. As an authorized representative of the owner of the base, the hotel manager reserves the right to refuse accommodation.

Pet Policy


  1. Pets up to 15 kilograms are allowed in the hotel, with all necessary vaccinations and deworming. Please bring his passport.
  2. The check-in fee is BGN 15/night, payable before/during check-in.
  3. Pets are not allowed in the garden and around the pool. They are only allowed to walk outside the hotel.
  4. Pets should not be left unattended.
  5. Any disturbances, such as barking or whining, must be stopped promptly to ensure the comfort of other guests.
  6. Damages and accidents caused by the pet are the sole responsibility of the owner and must be paid in full before leaving the hotel. In the event of incidents, such as bites or attacks on guests or other pets, law enforcement will be notified.
  7. If a pet is not registered at the reception, a fine of BGN 100 is imposed, after which the amount for the corresponding number of nights is paid.
